Harry Warren 1893- 1981

If you're a movie buff, then you've heard Harry Warren, even if you haven't heard of him. The prolific composer wrote more than 400 songs for nearly 90 different movies. During the twenty two year period, 1935 to 1957, a Harry Warren song was nominated for an Academy Award for "Best Song in a Motion Picture" ELEVEN times. This is the equivalent of once every other year for more than twodecades! Three of these songs won "Oscars"
